My advise - Get out of this provider. They have bowl of soup and the only
way they can tunnel you from A to B is using GRE. Most smaller ISP do this
kind of dodgy things.

I bet a CCNA guy is running the teleco backbone :!!! Seen this many time.
It works and they don't want to change it.
