It's referred to as the PSTN phone in the topology. It's connected to a CME
router and used to provide different ANI and dialing methods inbound to CUCM
and CME and local, LD, and international outbound. In the INE topology, it's
a 7960, but any 79XX is fine.

Just by readin it states 'my PSTN Phone is not coming up...' sounds a little
off. What model is the Phone? Is it Cisco 79XX? Or PSTN? If PSTN than all I
have written holds. If Cisco you have some good suggestions.
