I believe it is incremental of 1 only. And what is published there on INE's
wall success are the only people who reported to them after their success.
Nowadays, I can see many people around me are taking the certificate in a
very short time but, unfortunately, with very weak experience !!!
GUYS, do you agree with me that this certificate started, since some time,
to loose its potential value?
