E3 configuratio issue

Dear all ,
I require E3 experts to assist me on the below configuration

i configure ASR routers with E3 spa connected to NEC E3 Microwave link as
below between two sites

Site A
interface Serial1/1/0
 description description +++Link To DAS USSC Microwave+++
 ip address 10.x.x.1 255.255.255.252
 ip ospf network point-to-point
 load-interval 30
 framing g751
 dsu bandwidth 34010
 clock source internal

Site B
interface Serial1/1/0

 ip address 10.x.x.2 255.255.255.252
  p ospf network point-to-point
 load-interval 30
 framing g751
 dsu bandwidth 34010
 clock source internal

and something very strange happened from time to time the interface goes
down without any no notification in one of the both sites and when i remove
the cable and i connect it agian it came up note that the local loop back
test in both sites was success ed and the cables are new tested one

is there any thing else need to be considered
