The Cisco 3560 documentation is good but as you know it doesn't really help
with giving information like calculating the appropriate BC for policing on
switches, the magic 250000 value seems to work but I don't think its
explained :)
Anyway - I would suggest that Vik Mahli's explanations on 3750 QoS
http://blog.ipexpert.com/?s=campus+qos+vik+malhi (3750 QoS is pretty much
the same as the 3560) should help make understanding the 3560 doco on the
Cisco site easier.
