Please try to lab this up and don't wait for someone to do the work for you. Virtual-templates are most likely the only solution. They work the same way as PPPoFR and PPPoE. Enjoy!

I don't think you can do that because EIGRP authentication is on the interface and it has to be on both sides, independent of what type of interface you have.
