Hi Yuri,

DC is the best place for ASA; it will give you centralized control.
The other option would be your ISP offering VPN access through the
MPLS cloud, just check with them on this option.

As per your diagram, only the ISP is running MPLS; for you it is just
a full mesh WAN connection. So you don't need to worry about MPLS.
