Remote connectivity via MPLS Cloud

We have 6 sites connected via a SP MPLS Cloud.

Just a note - SITE 2 is an International Site.

We want VPN connectivity for remote users at these sites to different sites.
The plan is to buy an ASA 5520 (with SSL license).

- Which site can we placed ASA 5520 to avail maximum benefits of MPLS CLOUD. I
think the best place to put is in the DC? Right?

- For VPN connectivity are we using MPLS Tunnels or are they SITE-to-SITE VPN
tunnels?
