Hi,

Welcome. Every person needs to come up with their own strategy but here is
some general advice.

Choose a vendor a get workbooks and videos from that vendor, or do it on
your own but I recommend to go with a vendor.
Plan for a date when you want to take the lab. Most people spend around 1000
hours to prepare although this will vary wildly depending on prior
experience and amount of time available for study.
Make a plan and create a schedule according to the plan with the number of
hours you plan to study each day.
Make a choice to go either with Dynamips or real equipment or rack rentals.
