Hmm,
I've been a CCIE for quite some time, and my phone has never rung
because of that alone to offer me a job :)

The change that you will percieve in how the world behaves
after you get the number depends on your expectations and your living
area, among other things.
(assuming you have what it takes to get it !!!)

Nobody drives a Lamborghini here either :(
