Your DSLAM should support a feature called Bonding...
Ask your tail provider if they've this feature.

In production I have seen other people using per-packet-based load balancing
and they call it load balancing. Well it actually only does outbound load
balancing but never inbound.
That is basically bad design coz many application won't work which are based
on symmetric traffic.
