Debug logic

Hi fellas,

Can anyone explain me the logic of debug commands. How debug commands work
in Cisco IOS?

I heard that for multicast traffic wont work in debug commands unless and
until u disable route-cache

What is the significance of *ip route-cache* with respect to debugging??

Can some explain me ?
