Hi,
As per my understanding, If you disable 'route-cache', packets will be
process switched. If you enable it will be fast/CEF switched.
Now if you disable 'route-cache' and seeing debugs, it indicates that you
are doing process switching and these debugs are related to process
switching debugs.
