The message you are referring to was displayed from the GradedLabs
server's 911 ticketing system page which was pulled when you login to
INE's members site. The only reason you saw it from our site is that we
try to load their 911 ticketing system in a tab to simplify opening a
ticket but no login information is passed between the sites. That page
was from an extremely popular web front end software and a plugin that has
a vulnerability in the most recent version. This being the case they are
migrating over to a new front end platform this evening. Their backend
store was never affected as it was only the front end pages that were
affected. While this migration takes place we've brought all of the rack
processes back to the INE servers.
