We're doing maintenance right now on the members site to replace the
GradedLabs site for token purchases with the INE one. In the meantime you can
buy tokens via this INE link, they are 2 for 1 until tomorrow:
http://goo.gl/I4hNp. As for the password issue, I just tested it myself and
it is working fine for me. If you still have issues open a ticket with
support_at_ine.com<mailto:support_at_ine.com>. You can also contact me directly
offline at this address.

as at 9.43pm ET, there still seems to be some issues with buying tokens via
the INE members site. Gradedlab is currently down, so conenction is failing.
Also changing passwords from the INE members site is also failing, as i am
getting TCP connection errors, hope you fix that too.
Thanks Brian

None of the INE servers were compromised, nor was any customer data. The
problem was with an outsourced "911 ticketing" system page from GradedLabs.com
that our rack rental customers use to report rack problems through the INE
members site. We've since changed how that is handled and removed any pages
loading from non-INE servers when you login. GradedLabs has also brought the
rack ticketing system back in-house to be handled by local support staff.
If you have any further issues with it or have any other concerns feel free to
contact me offline.

They were hacked. It seems to be OK now, though.
