CUCM6 in vmware server 2 (Default gateway not reachable)

Hi Guys,

I am trying to load CUCM 6 .0.1 on vmware server 2. At the end of
installation i receive message that gateway is not responding. Also i am
unable to ping CUCM ip address through my local PC. I am attaching the
ipconfig from my PC. I am using bridge mode for network adapter
