router interface rate-limit with ipv6 traffic

Dear Expert,

I have a question about rate-limit apply on Cisco router interface to
control ipv6 traffic. Is that using the rate-limit command like ipv4 ??
P'se help!!! Thank.
Commands I am going to apply in my Cisco router

inter f1/0
rate-limit input 49600 1500 2000 conform-action transmit exceed-action drop
