I think Narbik, as usual, nailed it.
If you really understand what's going on, "memorizing" commands will
come naturally. If you just memorize the commands and have no idea
what's *really* going on, passing CCIE will be very, very difficult.
Go with Narbik's advice - understand the technology, understand the
equipment and then just make them do what YOU need them to do.
