Re: pe neighbors not showing up in bgp neighbor table

You are not going to see anything with the normal "sh ip bgp sum" when you
define a VPN.

Those are another set of MP-BGP connections that are only visible with the
"sh ip bgp vpnv4 ..." as Joe pointed out...
