I guess you meant the host portion of the Inside global (IG) address to
match the host portion of the Inside local (IL) address; then you need
to add the key word at the end of the statement defining the NAT pool
"type match-host".
Type this key word at the end of the nat pool table *type match-host*

is there a way we can do this with Dynamic NAT in Cisco Routers ?
