T.38 fax relay

Hi Experts,

I have a NOC with 60 remote sites connecting over satellite. On the hub, I
have an E1 connected from PSTN to a Cisco AS5350XM voice gateway. VoIP is
already setup with all remote sites and works well. However when I try to do
fax, i face some issues. A fax call sent from the remote vsat to PSTN works
fine. However when the fax is from the PSTN, to the remote vsat, i sometimes
get half a page. Once in a while i get a full page but mostly I get varying
amounts of output - from nothing at all to about 3/4 of a page.

The network is setup as follows.

PSTN---------AS5350XM------------NOC-------Satellite------vsat
modem--------fax machine.

The NOC is from Hughes and is basically a star topology with vsats as the
spokes. The vsat modem has two FXO ports- one connects directly to the fax
machine and the other to a telephone.

I'm new to voice and fax so please take a look at the voice gateway's config
and let me know if you find anything. I'm using dial-peer 26 for the fax
tests.
