Eniola,

I have seen people succeeded from both intrinsic as from extrinsic incentives. The question is how bad you want something.. Second there doesn't need to be any hurry.. Take your time. If you want something bad enough you will so it.. If you find yourself struggling it means that your incentives are not strong enough..
