I always wondered about some of the personalities of grownups that kind of
hang out at the kindergarten and are not teachers.

Why?

If there are CCIE's on GS that hang out perpetually wouldn't you think
they'd attempt to be more helpful and useful rather than a waste of bits and
bytes?
