Troubleshooting R&S part hints?

Hi Team,

I've passed the ccie r&S lab part twice but not the troubleshooting part...

Even though I though I solved more than 80% right in the troubleshoot part as
I've really fixed the issues and I can test them,
I didn't do anything Cisco didn't say not to do in the question.

My question is: I really don't know what is the problem (as how to enhance for
next time, any tips in troubleshoot part)?
