Amin, you can download images from CCO and request trial license from
www.cisco.com/go/license. Install under vmware workstation (both NAM and
NAS would need about ~700-800 MB ram, each). Works fine, can be
integrated with dynamips, etc. You can easily create in-band topology
with ASA for remote access. for OOB, it will be complicated, because you
have to integrate you comp with external Cat switch, probably via 802.1q
from comp to switch.
