BGP Neighbor cannot come up

Experts,

I'm trying to establish EBGP Connection.
I'm using OpenBGPD route server.
Config is very simple :

neighbor $customerA_v4 {
                remote-as 1234
                max-prefix 3000
                tcp md5sig password cisco.bgp
        }

I can ping to the neighbor's directly connected IP address. But the neighbor
didn't come up to ESTABLISHED. Stucks in ACTIVE State.
Found this log on route server :

Apr 6 10:05:00 rs2 bgpd[3698]: neighbor 192.168.10.1 (CustomerA_v4):
parse_capabilities: AFI IPv4, mp_safi 128 illegal

Any idea ?
