maybe i haven't made myself clear.

with due date i mean 90 days before the actual lab date

thus my question -> can you pay for the lab more than 90 days prior to the
exam?
and if you paid prior to 90 days, can you reschedule

e.g. lab date dec 12th, pay today (april) and have the option to reschedule to
oct 12th afterwards?

      The second one, once paid within 90 days, you cannot reschedule.
This one has been beaten to death here. :-)

      The first one, I reckon this is how it is supposed to be, you pay
in advance before the lab date. I am not sure when exactly they
      charge
your account, but they will most probably lock up the lab
      fee straight
away. This one you can probably bring up with CCIE
      support team.
