Re: lab payment/rescheduling question

I think by default they charge your card exactly 90 days prior to the
lab date,not sure about other payment methods. You can probably arrange
for it to happen earlier. Rescheduling question IMO depends on payment
one, I suppose you cannot reschedule once the payment has been made, 90
days prior or specially arranged earlier than that.

In any case, this is something you better discuss directly with CCIE
support team, we can only speculate here.
