Hi Frnds

In c3750 etc ; if we do "delete flash:vlan.dat" and reload the switch ; we
get all the user-created VLANs removed from the system .

Is this different in 4924 / 4510 .?

Following is what I am doing :
===========================================================
C4924#dir cat4000_flash:
Directory of cat4000_flash:/

    1 -rw- 14056 <no date> vlan.dat

524280 bytes total (510224 bytes free)

C4924#erase ca
C4924#erase cat4000_flash: ?
  <cr>

C4924#erase cat4000_flash:
Erasing the cat4000_flash filesystem will remove all files! Continue?
[confirm]
[OK]
Erase of cat4000_flash: complete
C4924#dir cat4000_flash:
Directory of cat4000_flash:/

    1 -rw- 0 <no date> vlan.dat

524280 bytes total (524280 bytes free)
C4924#
============================================================

After this ; I reload the switch ; But I see after reload that all Vlans are
present in database .
Tried googling etc ; but no much help ..

Can someone please put some light on this ?

Thanks
