Actually our client has 2960-S Series switches (stacking technologies) and
10GE Uplink.

once you plug them in you are 'redunant' to the access port at layer 2 both
access switches ports will be forwarding to the PC...

problem is you need to think about your PC operating system and what type of
addressing you have and is supported for each NIC...

then you need to go up and through access/core and then know what vlan/subnet
you are in...

you could get into a whole world of VSS configurations and nic teaming, what
is the access switch and does it support vPC, think you need to be in the
Nexus world for that to be an option...

3750 could be stacked and that supports etherchannel across the stack,
something along that line...

more to think about then just plugging in 2 nics from the workstation and
calling it 'redunant'...

because it depends...
