In particular I'm pretty sure that the "no exec" should be the main thing
that stops the problem
The way I understand what's happening is when the device on the serial port
(switch/router whatever) boots up and spits stuff out to the console, the
Terminal Server thinks it's attempting to login and ties up the session so
you cant reverse telnet in without clearing the line. The no exec tells the
terminal server to not directly talk to the gear on the other end.
