the Loopback0 interface could be shutdown by an administrator, then it would
be considered as down.
I suppose you could define a object tracker:
track 1 interface Loopback0 line-protocol
And bind it to EEM as such:
event manager applet TEST
event track 1 state down
action 1.0 cli command ....
I think that is enough to get you started. The rest you probably need to lab
out.
