There's also the 'config replace' rather than 'config t'. You can do a
partial configuration I believe with this replace.
Sometimes if there are dependencies - like you have to shut down a profile
before removing it, this won't work. It should log the errors though.
Extending on the copy flash:file run, if you need the same config to
multiple routers try something like copy tftp://1.1.1.1/config.txt run
