Keep in mind that VSS is in the roadmap for 4500 platform, ergo, will be
very popular.

I'd rather see strict entry points for taking the exam, like verifiable work
experience and a vouching system. Maybe tests should change more often as
well, I've heard this is still an issue, even in 4.0. Retesting every 5
years sounds awesome, minus the whole 2 months of being basically useless at
work and ignoring your entire family again, sounds convenient for someone
teaching it all the time.
