ipv6 vrf for 7609

hi,

when I try to enable address family ipv6 under vrf in 7609 it gives below
error.Does anyone know it does not support or I misconfigured something?

I enabled ipv6 unicast routing and ipv6 cef.

then I create vrf definition.

I am trying to use vrf for ipv6 address.

xxx(config-vrf)#address-family ipv6
% VRF address family ipv6 is not supported or not enabled
% Can't activate address-family 'ipv6'
