RE: ATM-AToM

Dear Marko,
 
I have Another Thing i want you to clarify it,Is it possible to create another Subinterface on The PE Ethernet Interface with a layer 3 IP and Create Another PVC from DSLAM to CE with Layer 3 Information,To Monitor The Physical Link Between PE and CE?IS that Possible Solution to Create a layer 3 link to monitor The Other PVC Circuit?
i'm Concering about the Physical link status.
