Assuming you are running OSPF between R1,R2 and R3, your Lo0 are not /32 but
OSPF will advertise them as /32.
So now you will have mismatch between the routing table, with /32 and the
LDP advertisements, which are with the original network mask of the Lo0.
*show mpls forwarding-table* command will show you that you don't have label
for the other PE Lo0 interface.
