END-to-END LSP ??

does the end-to-end LSP for MPLS VPN's have to be fully BGP-labels or
MPLS-labels only or can it be a mixture of both !
like half way MPLS labels as transport labels and the rest half of the LSP as
BGP-LSP as the transport.

If there is a mixture of both in one LSP then the router which is in
transition of making the BGP-LSP to MPLS-LSP (just like as ASBR in inter-as
VPN), what if that transition ROUTER is not a VPNv4 aware router !!
