OSPF converge

Hello GS,

For ospf to converge within 6 sec if any interface flaps then what are the
calculation for below ?

ospf 12
prefix-suppresson
timer throttle spf 10 100 1000
timers throttle lsa all 10 100 1000
timers lsa arrival 50
timers pacing flood 5
timers pacing retransmission 60
ispf

How to check its right config. considering 6sec.?
