Rate Limit , policing per session???

Question:

I have to police or shape to 2Mbps traffic that comes from internet to 2 of my ip addresses.

Lets say destinations are 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.2

Acl test
Permit ip any host 1.1.1.1
Permit ip any host 1.1.1.2

Class-map test
Match acl test
Policy-map test
Class test
Police 2000000

Very simple. Now. These ips are my backup servers. I will have clients transfer files to these servers. But I want this 2 mbps limit to be applied per customer not for the whole group. Is there an easy way to do this? I know I can modify my ACL and include source, but I want to setup a generic policy that limits to 2Mbps per source ip, so when my system guys adds more client I do not have to modify this policy every time.
