They way to load balance firewalls correctly is with a CSM behind and in back of the firewalls;

But, within the single box- no. due to the way the firewalls secures traffic and builds connections, I have never got "two outbound" interfaces to send traffic
They way a router with CEF turned off or tuned can.

What challenge are you trying to overcome?

First link on ASA to a low bandwidth Internet link?

Perhaps the ASA is not the correct device to use in this scenario as the "load balancing router". I would put a router designed for this in front of the asa to terminate the isp connections.
