Any tool like HP Open view, Tivoli, Big Bro etc will suit your need.

What is it that you want specifically with 65k or 7k ?
Yes, it does let you know even the smallest hardware/software error.

Sometimes one tool alone may not suit your requirements and ya might need to
go for integration.
