OT : Network Migrations

Hi All

Sorry for off topic query .
Many of you would be involved in some or other kind of network migrations .

I am interested in knowing what problems have been faced in migrations
like ISR to ISR-G2 . This might involve cli changes , feature changes
, new feature additions , new services addition , box up-gradation etc
etc .

Also ; if anyone is aware ; are there some best practices for data
network migrations recommended by Cisco / any other networking company
?
