i think you would need to look into the operation of each client type you
set this up for, for example on the Microsoft sight you can see their client
will accept multiple gateways, now what it actually does with that
information who knows?

"Default Router (3): The router option specifies a list of IP addresses for
routers on the client's subnet. Routers should be listed in order of
preference. The code for the router option is 3. The minimum length for the
router option is 4 octets, and the length MUST always be a multiple of 4."

as for using a Cisco router as a dhcp client, not sure it will accept more
than one default router, and just assume that would be the first one in the
list, would have to research the client options on the Cisco side

i am sure linux, and other OSes behave all different or follow some loose
interpretation of the RFC for "client dhcp operations" whatever that is??
