Almost so...
I've been asking students if they would need QoS on a cable, for them to
realize that FIFO makes QoS useless.
But oops, ASAs support multiple interfaces, and contexts with shared
upstream if, so there is a place for QoS and buffers at the ASA.

(No PBR, no marking but two queues and LLQ)
