RE: EoMPLS

Port mode so that you can connect a dot1q trunk to the PE. Then you could
add or remove vlan's without SP involvement. Using vlan mode/sub-interfaces
will require that the SP add any new vlan's required, and would be two
separate EoMPLS sessions.
