OT: where can I find my written score report

Guys,
Trying to book my lab exam but I have lost the hard copy of my written score
report.
Logged into VUE portal , can't find any in there.

I called VUE and they said they don't keep the score report.

I called up Cisco cert support on : 1 800 134 349 and they have no detail
either.*
