Voice Traffic differentiation by ACL

Hi
    If i want to differentiate the voice traffic from a perticular source to
a destination by ACL ( w/o NBAR). Is one of the bellow is better solution
(maximum matching) or is there any other method.

 match : UDP range Ports 16384 to 32767 , TCP = Ports 11000 to 11999 and TCP
destination = Port 1720

 OR

match only the UDP RTP range
