I believe your sham-link is up. The reason you saw those ospf routes is that
all those ospf routes were penetrated to another site through sham-link which
works similiar as virtual-link.

You can verify it through another lab: you don't do redistribution between BGP
and OSPF at PEs. Then configure PEs to make sure the sham-link is up. You will
still see ospf routes from remote site.

One more thing to reminder. For the lab I suggust above, after the sham-link
is up, you save all the configurations, and reload the PE routers. You will
see the sham-link will not go up untill you do redistribution between BGP and
OSPF.

So while doing MPLS labs, you not only have to check routing tables, but also
have to verify traffic connectivity. That's the phenomenum some books calls
"MPLS seperates the control plane and data plane".
