Again .. its the perspective how you look at it ..
If by *normal person* you mean someone who has not previously worked
on these platforms and he/she want to do this kind of ceritfication ?
If thats the case ... I will not second the idea ... simply because
you will not be advocate the solutions / real life deployments using
these products .
